Ok, so I was looking into my fridge, and wondering what to cook. I had some celery, half a red pepper, half an onion, and a couple of Aidells sausages. I also had some leftover rice, and then came up with my “survival stir-fry” creation. Total preparation time is about 10~15 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 2 Aidells Sausages
- 4 stalks of celery
- half a red pepper
- half a red onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
Directions:
- Wash and rinse vegetables.
- Chop vegetables into bite-sized pieces as in the picture.
- Slice sausages into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat pan with a small amount of oil, and brown the Aidells sausages for about 8 minutes and then remove to a separate bowl.
- Rinse pan and wipe down with a paper towel.
- Oil pan lightly, and add garlic, onions, celery, and peppers.
- Stir-fry for about 5 minutes and then add cooked sausage.
- Serve on a plate and eat with rice!
