Ok, so I was looking into my fridge, and wondering what to cook. I had some celery, half a red pepper, half an onion, and a couple of Aidells sausages. I also had some leftover rice, and then came up with my “survival stir-fry” creation. Total preparation time is about 10~15 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Aidells Sausages
  • 4 stalks of celery
  • half a red pepper
  • half a red onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic

Directions:

  1. Wash and rinse vegetables.
  2. Chop vegetables into bite-sized pieces as in the picture.
  3. Slice sausages into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Heat pan with a small amount of oil, and brown the Aidells sausages for about 8 minutes and then remove to a separate bowl.
  5. Rinse pan and wipe down with a paper towel.
  6. Oil pan lightly, and add garlic, onions, celery, and peppers.
  7. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes and then add cooked sausage.
  8. Serve on a plate and eat with rice!
