Welcome to my culinary blog! I was born and raised in Philadelphia to parents that ran a weekend banquet catering business. From an early age, I grew up with a deep appreciation of good food and excellent dining.
I’m not a trained chef by any means. The real reason that I started this blog was to make sure that I could easily access the recipes that I’d often make up in my head and share them with my friends. My signature recipe is my “Spicy Fried Chicken” that I guarantee is better than any other fried chicken that you’ve had before!
