peanut oil is good n&#039; all, but if you want some REAL southern flava in your chicken you gotta cook it with shortening.  Crisco will do in a pinch, lard is better.  :-)

cook it in a cast iron skillet if you got one.  trust me, it&#039;ll make a world of difference.</description>
